Pennsylvania Narcotic Officers' Association (PNOA)
The PNOA was founded in 1990 when a group of law enforcement officers from the Pennsylvania State Police, Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General along with Municipal and County law enforcement got together to form an organization that would provide specialized training for drug law enforcement officers as well as give those officers a place to talk to each other and learn from each other and use those connections to do their jobs better and safer.
The PNOA holds an annual training conference in Harrisburg, PA the end of March or beginning of April each year. We also host or cohost one and two day trainings throughout the state when possible.
The PNOA was involved in the formation of the National Narcotic Officers Assoc. Coalition. Which represents state narcotic officers associations from over 40 states in the United States.
